Designed for both BBQ beginners and experienced home cooks, this introductory fire-led cooking course provides comprehensive instruction on fuel selection, ingredient choices, and fundamental techniques to commence your outdoor cooking journey. Participants will explore diverse culinary traditions, from classic British favorites to premium cuts that will impress at summer gatherings. Upon completion, attendees will possess the technical knowledge and confidence to create exceptional outdoor dining experiences for friends and family.

Course 1's syllabus provides detailed instructions for mastering various cooking techniques, including both direct and indirect methods. This professional and educational course covers essential ingredients and when to use them, as well as which fuel is most effective. Students will also learn how to barbecue a variety of dishes, from burgers and sausages to vegetables and steak. Plus, we will explore how to prepare complementary side dishes simultaneously with the main course, all within optimal time frames.
